On day 6 Geert had arranged for me to get a private cooking lesson in the hotel kitchen. The evening before we had agreed on 2 recipes for which they especially organised the needed ingredients. Having enjoyed the results of the lesson, I was allowed to look over the Thai chef’s shoulder whilst he was preparing various lunch dishes. Before starting our most special evening – a private dinner on the beach – we had an aroma therapy massage which was most relaxing. Our dinner on the beach was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by beautiful flower decoration and candlelight we enjoyed lobster and champagne served by our private waitress for the evening. |
